At Southern Printing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining fair and consistent policies for all customers.
Refunds
Available within 3 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Accepted up to 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
Exchanges are for items of equal or greater value; any difference will be charged.
Store credit is issued as an in-store credit note or gift card.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Items showing wear, washing, alterations, or damage will not be accepted unless defective.

These are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overbuying (e.g., “We don’t need these anymore”) unless within the approved timeframes above.

Return & Exchange Policy – Customized Screenprint/Embroidery/Signs
At Southern Printing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining fair and consistent policies for all customers.
We utilize a detailed invoice and artwork approval process. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and it is the fault of Southern Printing, we will work diligently to to replace your order and fulfill it successfully and in a timely manner. However, if there is an issue with your order and it was not the fault of Southern Printing, we will still work to fix the issue, but you will be responsible for the cost of replacement items.
